Sr. Lean Six Sigma, Black Belts

For our Netherlands and UK office we are currently looking for experienced Lean (Six Sigma) Practitioner capable of playing a key role in helping to grow and expand the team. Roles and opportunities will vary according to position, but will involve being part of an International project team, based on client sites implementing Lean and Six Sigma tools to improve the Business Processes for our national and international clients.

As a L6S consultant, this is a great opportunity to work with a growing consultancy, with top tier clients, developing your implementation, mentoring and/or training skills. For senior candidates, you will be responsible for leading teams or solutions. Flexibility and Travel is a prerequisite of this role.

Lean (Six Sigma) practitioners should have: track record of delivering Lean(Six Sigma) Implementation projects to a wide range of industries minimum 4 years experience in deploying Lean Six Sigma with various industry sectors. a good selection of case studies demonstrating benefits in terms of quality, cost and lead time reduction.

Personal characteristics should include: Team player Flexibility to travel Proactive approach to problem solving An excellent client focus Drive to achieve Ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels within the company and client organisation A university degree or equivalent qualification is required in a related discipline. An excellent command of English (written and spoken) is required. Other Languages are an added benefit. The Millau Bridge opened in December 2004 and is part of the A75-A71 auto route axis from Paris to Béziers. It is the tallest vehicular bridge in the world, with one mast's summit at 343 meters. The architect of the bridge, Norman Forster, called the bridge „a dialogue between nature and the man-made". 520 people with different skills and backgrounds worked on building the bridge in a period of three years. It gives the Millau region a big economic boost and provides a major time saving for people to or from the south of France.
